Shannon Burke – hails from Austin, Texas where he once owned a variety of nightclubs, pool halls and sports bars. Having eventually had enough to drink his next logical move was of course, radio. He honed his skills at Austin’s infamous KJFK where he pulled top ratings in afternoon drive.
Since the day Shannon rode his Harley into Orlando he’s been a fan of Real Radio and now, he’s pulling top ratings and shaking up midday radio in Central Florida. Shannon has appeared in countless television commercials, dabbled in acting and writes extensively. Shannon can be heard weekdays from 11 am to 3 pm. He lives in Orlando, is the proud father of a daughter, Abby and a son, Jack.
This is after the staining process, before the two coats of acryllic sealer was applied. You can see how there is really no way of determining how an old floor will accept the stain. This turned out really cool. The more "trauma" an old floor has been thru, the more character shows thru.

The New House
Here is a picture of the family room/kitchen of the new house. Notice the electrical hanging from the celing from where I took out a wall. The floors in this shot are the old concrete prior to staining. They have had a layer of 1x1 "avocado green", vinyl tiles removed AND a layer of linoleum on top of that.
